Education & Background

• Minimum a Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Indonesia. Majoring in Law is preferred.
• Have acquired IR certification (SKKNI/ formal / government standard)
• Active involvement in student organizations during university years is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations at Manager level (mid to senior) only, as part of his/her overall working experiences.
• Preferably from industries such as FMCG, Retail, Mining, Automotive, or Manufacturing, with significant exposure to blue-collar workforce management

Added Advantage

• Previous experience as HRBP for Operations or Sales, or direct exposure to Operations/Sales divisions.

Personal Attributes

• Passion for sports and active lifestyle is considered a plus since we have the employees’ activities program (KORA, Employee religious program) where the programs have been in IR Waters control and management.
