About the Job

As our next Senior Logistics Controller you will be joining the 3PO team based at our factory in Zoetermeer.

3PO is the leading organization within Danone Specialized Nutrition (SN) managing 2 main topics; 1. Co-Manufacturing relationships & purchasing 2. Centralized primary logistics for Specialized Nutrition (SN) network. Within the SN network we take a unique position. On one hand we manage a part of the direct flows from Supply Points (SP) to Country Business Unit (CBU) and on the other hand we manage 100% of the indirect flows via our warehouse in Haps.

Yourresponsibilities include:

• Full SN Logistics P&L ownership in 3PO, including a budget of more than 60M€ spend on Transport, Warehousing, Logistic Write-off, Logistic overheads
• Animation of results with the business teams
• Driving cost efficiency discussions with business teams
• Managing multiple centralization projects in both Transport and Warehousing
• Leading 1 Jr Business Controller SN Logistics
• Managing full Planning and Control cycle (Month-end close, Rolling Forecast and Standard Costing)

As a Senior Logistics Controller, you bring extensive experience and a strong team-building ethos. With experience in senior finance roles, you excel in leadership and utilize Excel proficiently for data analysis. Your resilience in addressing complex financial challenges is evident, and you thrive in dynamic environments. While familiarity with tools like Tagetik, SAP, and Microsoft's Power BI and Power Query is advantageous, your ability to derive actionable insights from financial data is paramount. Whether optimizing financial processes or enhancing budget management, your focus is on achieving tangible results for organizational success. Joining our team, you eagerly contribute your financial expertise to collaborate effectively toward shared objectives.

Furthermore you have:

• Degree in Finance or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
