Our R&I team is seeking a Senior Packaging Analyst to work at the Poços de Caldas - MG factories. The main contributions of this professional will be:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support packaging project flows in the areas of Innovation, Renovation, Productivity, Quality, Sustainability, and Reengineering, aligned with R&I objectives, ensuring the final product's quality and safety within the deadline.
• Support projects in the areas of specialized nutrition and UHT.
• Lead and manage projects of low, medium, and high complexity (Inno, Coprod, Sus, BCP, and continuous improvement).
• Prepare industrial test reports with minimal supervision.
• Ensure and propose updates to technical documents, such as specifications, packaging standards, palletization sheets, and test forms.
• Create material codes and BOM registration in SAP.
• Represent R&I in medium-complexity multifunctional project meetings, tracking, reporting activity status, and negotiating deadlines.
• Support junior team members (interns, junior and mid-level analysts) in their daily activities.
• Lead technical meetings with multifunctional teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders, seeking alignment and decision-making.
• Propose and implement improvements in existing packaging and/or processes, aiming for innovation, cost reduction, increased efficiency, or quality improvement.

Desired Profile:

• Solid knowledge of the production process of packaging materials.
• Project management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Intermediate English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model and for occasional travel.
