Responsible for the overall management DSA Trade Terms and commitments to customers are honoured timeously and accurately and within the agreed company policy and procedures.                             

  The individual filling this role will be required to be proactive, analytical and able to build relationships that facilitate the smooth processing of Trade Term Contracts between Danone and our customers.  

He/she will be responsible to review TTM age analysis and work very closely with I2C Team Leaders, KAMs ( Commercial Team ) to ensure that claims deducted are resolved and credits issued are correctly cleared monthly.  He/she will also be the 2IC for the Risk Team.         

ACADEMIC AND TRADE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years Credit Control experience in an FMCG company
• Minimum 2 Years supervisory experience
• 2 years’ experience managing Trade Terms
• SAP Knowledge
• Highly numerate
• Matric- compulsory
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Financial Management field
• Sales experience in an FMCG company would be an advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• At least 5-years’ experience in Credit Control/Risk Control in an FMCG Environment
• 2-3 years’ experience in SAP
• Excel (Intermediate/Advance) and good communication skills
