About the Role

As a Strategy & Insights Manager, you will be an integral part of the Benelux Growth Strategy and Transformation (GST) team, focusing on the Specialized Nutrition category in Belgium. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning & Foresights, you will place consumer and patient centricity at the heart of our business, leveraging relevant and actionable insights.

Your Responsibilities

As an Insights Manager, you will:

  • Plan, develop, and execute research plans that address key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Integrate and triangulate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive consumer and patient insights across various business areas (brand, product, communication, innovation, packaging, channel, shelf, etc.).
  • Transform data into actionable insights and make clear business recommendations using compelling storytelling and engaging communication.
  • Identify and track emerging trends to unlock future growth opportunities.

As a Strategic Business Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate with topline teams (marketing, category management, medical, sales, R&I) to solve business questions and build category, portfolio, and brand recommendations.
  • Support the annual business growth agenda (AOP, ICP, Business Reviews) with your insights.
  • Influence stakeholders by representing consumer, patient, and shopper dynamics to drive impactful decision-making.

About you

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has a passion for understanding people and their behaviors, and can synthesize diverse information into pivotal insights.
  • Has experience in quantitative and qualitative market research.
  • Is skilled in project management, from start to finish, and excels in finding the best solutions for short-term and long-term impact.
  • Has a proven track record of applying research and insights to business decisions.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data synthesis and storytelling.
  • Demonstrates excellent collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
  • Understands business acumen, including financial metrics, P&L, and business operations.
  • Communicates effectively with various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Is a team player, inclusive, and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
