About the job

Our Summer Internship Experience (SIE) is a 10-week program that allows students to dive into a project relevant to their studies to further grow and develop their learnings. During our 10-week program you will participate in trainings, development sessions, as well as lots of exciting programming!

 

The dates of our 2025 Program will be June 2nd, 2025 – August 9th, 2025, and will consist of a 37.5-hour work week.

 

Our Procurement team finds strategic approaches to procuring key resources for Danone like milk, crops, and plastic. As a part of the Sustainable Sourcing team, you will work with colleagues to engage Danone suppliers on sustainability topics, report progress within the organization, and support Danone’s One Planet, One Health vision. 

  • You will support the North America sustainable sourcing team on day-to-day reporting and join team working sessions on a variety of social and environmental sustainability topics 

  • You will assist the group with special carbon reporting projects, including data pulls and analysis as needed 

  • You will work on executing Danone’s Sustainable Sourcing Policy and RESPECT program, contributing to our Danone Impact Journey ambitions 

  • You will analyze D2D team engagement around sustainability topics and recommend engagement ideas and content to upskill and empower Danoners across the organization to make sustainable business decisions. 

  • You will conduct weekly status meetings with your manager to report progress, resolve issues and make decisions supporting any project work 

  • You will actively engage in cross learning opportunities to establish an understanding of Danone and specifically the D2D Organization 

About you

  • You will currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date after August 2025
  • You will have prior internship experience or work experience in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You will have strong, proven potential leadership skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and projects

The base compensation range for this position is $25-28 per hour.
