Smart Planning is a unique program with the mandate to improve Technology & Data, Business Processes and People & Capabilities supporting Danone's ambition on profitability and OPOH, as well as improving agility.
About the Job
Supply Planning Transformation Manager Deployment has a significant contribution to the design and implementation of the E2E Planning solution (tech, data, people, process). Overall accountability of Supply Planning core model design and its evolution, successful delivery of pilots and knowledge management.
More specific, here’s where you come in:
Core model design:
o Lead new functionalities design. Develop & evolve optimal technology solutions.
o Manage change requests from initialization to implementation.
o Backlog management.
o Lead Supply Planning Design workstream and manage escalation to Design Authority Board.
o Core model design updates communication, documentation & training
Delivery of Supply Planning roadmap:
o Close coordination with IT&Data, External Partners and Regional teams to plan and deliver new functionalities and pilots.
o Manage priorities and investments through the Governance structure.
o Regional SPOC.
Knowledge management:
o Processes and tools are well documented and documentation is maintained up to date.
o Regional teams are trained and equipped to support users.
Processes:
o Leverage market best practices and industry developments, continuously work to improve and streamline global supply planning processes.
o Core model solution is supported by well defined processes.
o Drive process harmonization & standardization.
People & capabilities:
o Define Supply Planning roles capabilities.
o Work closely with Regional teams to monitor & address capability gaps.
About you
Technical Skills
An experience on Customer VMI or Material/Milk Planning or Deployment, as end user but preferably key user, of at least 3 years
A global 5-7 years experience, ideally in Supply Chain/Operations
Supply Planning expertise preferably in more than 1 Danone category
Digital or project management experience is a plus
Collaborative & PowerBI skill is a plus
Communication and Managerial Skills
Fluent English. Other languages will be highly appreciated.
Ability to navigate in an uncertain and fast moving environment
Easiness to lead present project to different stakeholders from end users to senior management
Ability to drive change and influence transversally
Ability to federate and listen others point of view
Location & travel
Role can be based in both DPP or DPA, other locations in Europe can be discussed.
Able to travel around 30% of the time.
Flexibility to work with different time zones.
