As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have an important role to build success and further growth of our organization. In this exciting position you will be managing the Talent Acquisition agenda for your own functional scope. With a very diverse population with over 55 different nationalities the talents that you recruit for can come from all over the world, which makes this a very exciting role within a global environment. As Talent Acquisition team we support different entities of Danone in the Netherlands, such as Research & Innovation Center in Utrecht, Global functions in Hoofddorp, local functions in Rijswijk & Operations, Supply Chain and Quality roles in factories.

 

About The Job

For your designated scope you manage the internal and external recruitment activities using a variety of tools to source talents for Danone. You also play an important role in setting up high quality interviews and accompany candidates throughout the process ensuring a state-of-the-art candidate experience. While creating close relationships with your stakeholders, you also anticipate on external skills needed for your function and build future pipelines where needed.

 

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing close collaboration with HR and Supervisors to understand their needs and define an appropriate talent strategy
  • Taking part in functional Talent forums in order to provide visibility on our internal Talent pools and improve cross entity and cross functional moves
  • Taking part in transversal projects within the Talent team that can impact all of our HR and/or business stakeholders in the Netherlands
  • Following trends in the market and initiate proposal to improve ways of working and deliver a state-of-the-art candidate experience.

Meet your future manager! You will be reporting to Ingrid Cusiel, Head of Talent Acquisition & Learning in the Netherlands.

About you

You are truly passionate about Talent Acquisition and have seen in practice what works well and what doesn’t within an international business environment. You are interested in people from all nationalities and levels, want to know what drives them and to understand what’s behind the surface. You are analytical savvy, keen on using and combining data to come to a more qualified approach in Talent Acquisition. You challenge your own and other’s personal biases to create a truly diverse organization.

 

For this role, you need a relevant bachelor or master’s degree combined with at least 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition within an international and fast changing environment. Besides that the following applies to you

  • You are entrepreneurial and able to develop authentic relationships through generous listening and straight talking
  • You can take on a business partner role, challenge decisions and you seek excellence in process execution
  • You are willing to work in a Netherlands multi-Hub environment which requires presence on multiple locations (mainly Hoofddorp and Utrecht) to ensure proximity to the business. Within our hybrid working environment you also have the opportunity to work from home.
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is a big advantage.
