About the job

Danone MENA is looking for a passionate talent based in Cairo, Egypt, to join the human resources team as Talent & Employer Branding Executive! The ideal candidate will be handling Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employer Branding agenda in MENA Specialized Nutrition Region. As a member of the Talent team within the HR function for the MENA region, this role collaborates closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and engages with the broader organization as needed to support HR objectives and enhance the employee experience.

Objectives of the role:

Talent Acquisition

• Be responsible for all internal and external recruitment for the Middle East region starting from posting the vacancy to talent selection.

• Establish strong stakeholder relations across Middle East.

• Act as the single point of contact for HRBPs and hiring managers for new recruitment requisitions via our internal platform share.

• Provide hiring managers with clarity, advice and assistance on sourcing, screening and selection keeping diversity as a priority.

• Handle all candidate shortlisting based on the pre-aligned criteria

• Conduct competency-based screening interviews with all shortlisted candidates.

• Support and participate in face to face interviews and assessment centers.

• Maintain recruitment databases (Share) to ensure accurate tracking of vacancies and budget.

• Provide monthly recruitment reports.

• Deliver and drive recruitment related projects.

• Coordinate with Reward team the referral bonus payments.

• Maintain SLAs.

• Seek excellence in execution, by enhancing quality of candidates, candidate experience, SLAs, and diversity.

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal policy.

Talent Management

• Coordinate talent review schedule with HRBP

• Provide HRBP support with Share Talent module

• Support the HRD to schedule talent review meetings and support the coordination of the materials with the CODI team

• SPOC for HRBT for Share Talent module

• Support creating a talent pool/talent pipeline for key roles/functions

 

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives

• Participate and organize employer branding events

• Be the SPOC with the global team for all EB communication

• Up to date Share recruitment module (Success Factors).

• Delivery and achievement of yearly action plans & targets.

• SLAs application.

• Level of openness and collaboration with all stakeholders.

• Level of pro-activeness

About you

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Experience:

• Previous experience in a multinational environment

• Experience with recruitment related software (ICIMS preferred)

• In total minimum 2 years relevant HR work experience.

• Education: University degree in HR, and/or business administration, business psychology.

Location:

Cairo, Egypt

Languages required:

• Fluent in English and Arabic, and preferably also in French
