Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager, the Trade Activation Specialist, supports the planning and execution of all in‑store activations across channels (retail & pharma). The role ensures flawless campaign implementation, strong cross‑functional coordination & cooperation with marketing, KAM, operation, and continuous field insight to strengthen brand visibility and drive shopper engagement.

Duties & responsibilities

• In-store activations planning and executions & performance analysis
• Day to Day communication with sales & retail or pharma channels
• Communication with external agencies and merchandisers
• In Store Assets Development-Management & Control
• Monitoring of Competition Initiatives
• Retail media planning & execution
• Use of trade monitoring platforms (e.g. keyvoto, pockee, etc) to check in‑store and online promo execution
• Regular field visits – store check (to see running campaigns)
• Coordination of innovation launches
• Market data -Preparation of Monthly Market Shares report
• A&P budget Planning and tracking on assigned activities

Education & Experience Requirements

• University degree
• 2-3 years’ experience in trade marketing position
• Αbility to propose improvements & comfort in problem-solving autonomously
• Οwnership of execution quality
• Strong in interpretating sales data/research
• Very good level of English
• Excellent communicational and organizational skills
• Flexible personality with willingness to learn new things through experimenting
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
