- Conduct regular market surveys and customer visits to gather competitor, pricing, promotion, and channel insights.
- Monitor and report market performance, competitor activities, and Danone execution on a monthly basis.
- Collect customer and consumer feedback and share insights with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Support and coach CSN Sales Representatives through joint field visits, on‑the‑job training, and performance evaluations.
- Communicate new products, promotions, and programs to the CSN Sales team and ensure effective market execution.
- Monitor sales contribution, KPI performance, and execution standards across assigned areas.
- Control and evaluate CSN operations, including service levels, distribution, expenses, documentation, and compliance with Danone policies.
- Identify business improvement opportunities and work closely with CSN owners to drive sales growth.
- Plan and execute local sales and marketing activation activities to boost volume and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage stock levels in line with Danone standards and support new product launches.
- Prepare regular performance reports and align action plans with Regional Sales Manager.
About you
• Bachelor's degree Business administration or any related field.
• Negotiation skill, Analytical Skill, Leadership, Presentation skill, Problem solving and Motivating skill.
• At least 5 years' work experience as Sales in General Trade, FMCG business is preferable.
• Able to work and based in up countries.
