User Experience Manager

As a User Experience Manager, you will develop and support products in the EDP pipeline, carry out studies and analyses, and manage the INNOs, Productivity, CDA, and DIJ.

 

Research Planning & Execution (blind Testing)

  • Lead and design consumer research using quantitative, qualitative, evaluative, and generative methods.
  • Identify consumer key criteria and decision drivers through structured research approaches.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze and interpret user data to uncover pain points, improvement areas, and unmet needs.
  • Define opportunities for innovation and improvement using user-centric methodologies.
  • Feed insights into a strategic innovation pipeline to guide product and packaging development.
  • Integration into Product Development
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to integrate research insights into formula and packaging design.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization to ensure superior product experiences.

Communication & Documentation

  • Create user personas, journey maps, and research artifacts to communicate findings effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of research insights and best practices for organizational knowledge sharing.

 Sensory Design & Planning

  • Design and conduct sensory evaluations to assess product attributes and overall quality.
  • Develop and implement sensory testing protocols and standards to ensure consistency and reliability.

Panel Management & Training

  • Manage and train sensory panel members to deliver accurate and repeatable results.
  • Train quality lab teams on new product developments (NPDs) to establish finished goods (FG) release criteria.

Data Analysis & Integration

  • Analyze sensory data to generate actionable insights for product development and improvement.
  • Integrate sensorial attributes into FG specifications for quality assurance and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Quality Assurance teams to align sensory findings with product goals.
  • Communicate sensory results and recommendations through detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.

About you

 

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

 

-Bachelor of Science in any discipline or related field.

-Min 3-6 years of experience (preferably with a multinational company).

-Experience in FMCG is a plus.

-Experience in product design / Nutrition /Consumer insight.
