We are looking for a motivated Junior Business controller (VIE) to join our dynamic Operations Controlling team supporting the Plant-Based category. Based in Wevelgem, you will play a key role in supporting the operations controlling team in forecasting and reporting activities, helping to drive operational efficiency and cost transparency across the factories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting and quarterly forecasting
• Collaborate with various departments of operations to collect and validate financial data
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• You will support both materials and manufacturing controlling, giving you broad insights in the end-to-end operational environment.
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.  

• Master degree in Finance
• 0–3 years of experience in Accounting or Controlling (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable)
• Strong proficiency in Excel ; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Fluent in English, understanding of Dutch is a plus
