Missions: 

• Support in the compilation of monthly reports and their preparation
• Assist in the budget/forecast planning process to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
• Determination of monthly target/actual deviations and the execution of corresponding analyses as a basis for optimized decision-making
• Helping in the expansion, supplementation and automation of existing controlling structures and instruments
• Contact person for controlling-related issues and processes

• Educational Background: Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Operations or Logistics.
• Professional Experience: First professional experience through relevant internships in operations, supply chain, logistics, or purchasing would be helpful
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Access; SAP knowledge is preferable.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to think analytically and conceptually with excellent numerical reasoning skills.

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?  

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.  

• You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation. 
• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area. 
• You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.  
• You have never done a V.I.E before. 

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?  

• There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international. 
• You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month. 
• Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid. 
• The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
