In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and managing short‑ and medium‑term planning. You will prepare the annual budget volume breakdown by customer and by month to ensure targets are achieved; manage order‑to‑delivery planning to ensure synchronization between demand and capacity; and analyze and monitor production planning for constrained SKUs (where demand exceeds supply) to ensure maximum production capacity.
You will also be responsible for ensuring strong coordination with the factory (plant), S&D, the MDC team, and cross‑functional teams to optimize volume across all areas nationwide.
If you are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, fresh graduate are welcome
• Proven experience in supply chain forecasting, planning, or material management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools
• Effective communication skills
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks, with the capacity to respond quickly to daily operational needs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
