Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Assistant Food Safety Manager, Lüleurgaz " Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Own and manage all food safety systems across the entire plant
• Ensure a comprehensive food safety management system is established and functioning effectively
• Ensure compliance with both local and international food safety regulations/standards
• Implement food safety procedures, instructions and tools, ensure documentation is up-to-date and effective
• Educate and train personnel on food safety practices and standards
• Lead or coordinate food safety/HACCP meetings
• Take direct responsibility for internal GMP audits and internal HACCP audits and follow up on corrective actions
• Lead or participate in food safety related change management projects
• Support process, equipment and method validation and verification in accordance with GMP & local regulatory requirements

About You:

• Preferably graduates of Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments of universities.
• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Lüleburgaz
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• In depth knowledge and experience in Food Safety Systems, HACCP, PRP, allergen control, and FSSC 22000
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and RCA, particularly within HACCP-based
• Food Safety Systems Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (GMP, EU, MoH, MoAF)
• Experience in analysing and interpreting complex data sets
• Experience in validation, verification, calibration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional local and global teams, able to manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and problem solving skills, result and success-oriented Ability to build and maintain a strong food safety culture
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
