Danone MENA is looking for a talented Commercial Excellence Specialist to be based in Egypt, Cairo like you!

The candidate will carry the following responsibilities: 

• Ensure accurate, timely, and fair calculation of individual STI KPIs across scope of countries in Middle East & North Africa.
• Ensure smooth execution and stakeholder communication related to incentive consolidation and payout % calculations.
• Consolidate, bi-annually and annual STI KPIs based on the approved STI mechanics.
• Support in rigorous KPI data validation and verification of IMS data targets and actuals before finalizing KPI payout calculations.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, Commercial excellence & reward team.
• Manage STI process from data consolidation to points payout calculations.
• Document all consolidated data and relevant communication ensuring integrity.
• Organize training sessions to relevant stakeholders to ensure well digested process and resolve any disputes
• Report regular reports on STI performance and achievement rates

Experience and Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in sales field, operations or proven analytical work
• Excellent knowledge of MS office & different analytical tools, e.g Excel, Power BI, Power Queries, etc…….
• Very strong understanding of sales dynamics and complexity.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills.
• French language is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with sales tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platform
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills.
