ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking a Homecare Nurse Manager to join our Healthcare Nutrition division in a field-based, part-time (0.6 FTE) position (3 days per week).

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring our Homecare strategy to life by developing actionable key account plans and proactively identifying market opportunities and risks. • Identify and act on commercial opportunities and risks, using data insights, referral patterns, and market knowledge to optimise Nutricia’s position within hospital, community, aged care, and NDIS settings.
  • Build and influence strategic relationships with key stakeholders (dietitians, nurses, discharge teams, case managers), positioning Nutricia as a trusted clinical and service partner to support long-term partnerships and referral growth.
  • Drive hospital-to-community patient transitions, proactively engaging with discharge teams to secure appropriate enteral nutrition pathways and continuity of care aligned with Nutricia solutions.

  • Maintain advanced clinical expertise in enteral feeding, providing hands-on patient care (including tube changes, stoma care, and troubleshooting) to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement of the Nutricia Nursing Service, contributing insights to service design, innovation, and operational efficiencies that enhance both patient experience and business performance.
