YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

 

This internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette, at our Research & Innovation (R&I) Center, starting between January and March 2027.

 

Within the Global UX team, the DATAC (Data, AI, Trends & Claims) expertise team is dedicated to exploring consumer behaviors, expectations, and emerging market shifts. To achieve this, we identify, interpret, and leverage signals from multiple information sources related to consumers, products, markets, and their broader environment.

 

By combining data, advanced digital tools, and artificial intelligence, we provide strategic insights that support Danone’s R&I teams and business categories in designing products that consumers will adopt and love. Our mission is to ensure that consumers remain at the heart of every innovation.

Your mentor, a Senior Manager Trends & Insights, will guide you through your daily responsibilities and support your professional development throughout the internship.

 

You will leverage various information sources, including social media data, online consumer reviews, search data, Large Language Models (LLMs), and innovation tracking, to generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and analyze weak signals and emerging trends related to consumers, ingredients, health benefits, and product innovation.
  • Develop and share regular reports highlighting key market developments, emerging consumer expectations, and the most inspiring product launches.
  • Investigate strategic, high-impact topics and deliver insight-rich analyses powered by AI, leveraging social intelligence, market data, scientific literature, trade publications, and other relevant sources.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Danone’s foresight, strategic intelligence, and knowledge management capabilities on topics that create competitive advantage.

  • Internship : Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

Sobre ti

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

  • Available between january and march for a duration of 6 months
  • At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
  • Comfortable with digital tools and able to transform ideas into engaging visual presentations that create impact.
  • Enthusiastic about collaborating closely with R&I teams and interacting with a variety of departments.
  • Curious and eager to understand consumer needs and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
