YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette, at our Research and Innovation Center starting from February 2027. Stéphanie Blanche, Senior Plant-Based Scientific Affairs Manager in the Nutrition & Scientific Affairs team, will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Develop a solid understanding of Danone plant-based products nutritional quality to help identify opportunities for nutritional valorization and improvement

• Support the development of science-based recommendations to guide innovation/renovation and short- to mid-term nutrition plans

• Perform scientific literature reviews supported by genAI on plant-based strategic territories

• Conduct a scientific and competitive intelligence review for FMCG plant-based products.

• Analyze competitor’s scientific strategies and innovation pipelines by reviewing scientific publications, clinical studies, patents and conference proceedings

• Develop a scientific competition landscape that synthesizes scientific evidence and market development into actionable insights for internal stakeholders

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Available from January/February 2027 for a duration of 6 months

• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, or engineering school with specialization in the fields of Nutrition and Science

• Ability to read and work in English (scientific literature, internal communication, multi-cultural team) 

• Motivated to deepen knowledge on plant-based products

• Curious, autonomous, proactive, rigorous and eager to learn in a dynamic international setting

• Motivated to work in a cross-functional environment (R&I, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs…)

• Strong ability to research and critically analyze scientific publications in nutrition, food science & public health domains. 

• Excellent communication and science‑simplification skills.
