As a Foresight Analyst Intern, you will have the chance to dig into market research and digital data to discover consumer trends and needs in order to propose opportunities, together with the team.

You will be part of the Global Consumer Capabilities and Foresight team (CCF), based in Paris. Reporting to both the Global Head of Foresight & Trends and the CCF Director, you will learn how to integrate trends into strategic decisions for the organization, interact with various departments, and gain global experience in a multicultural company. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also support our initiatives related to People Centricity programs and projects.

As the Foresight Analyst Intern, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Collect, organize, and integrate information from social listening tool, ad hoc research, and industry trend reports to create comprehensive collections and a consolidated understanding of trends for different teams.
• Accumulate insights into summaries to translate them into actionable opportunities
• Write clear and engaging summaries of trends or articles that are relevant to our product categories.
• Support the Consumer Centricity program by becoming proficient in our tools (online interviews, social listening) and coach teams on how to use them effectively.
•  Assist with training initiatives, events, workshops and launches, including creating toolkits, presentations and providing project management support.

We are looking for a Master's student in Business or another equivalent field with an interest in Marketing. You should have strong analytical skills and be proficient in data analysis, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written, are essential. You are not afraid to proactively reach out to people when necessary and are perfectly able to work independently. Your adaptability, reactivity, and professionalism are well known. You should be detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Mandatory requirements

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Available to start in April 2025 for a minimum of 5-6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 times per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
