Nutricia, owned by Danone, is seeking a Key Account Manager based in NSW to join our Healthcare Nutrition team.  In this permanent role you will manage key accounts throughout the NSW territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth by meeting set goals and business objectives.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support key accounts to ensure exceptional experiences with Nutricia products and services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals in public and private hospitals, community settings, and oncology to optimize patient and organizational outcomes.
  • Educate customers on Nutricia’s product portfolio and the evidence supporting best practices.
  • Develop and execute account plans based on mutually beneficial value drivers to support healthcare professionals and grow Nutricia’s business.
  • Navigate healthcare organisations and interact with various stakeholders to uncover needs and drive large-scale value.
  • Collaborate with the wider team and other internal functions to deliver the Healthcare Nutrition strategy to your customer

 

Sobre ti

You are a dedicated sales professional with expertise in dietetics or nutrition, poised to drive sales of medical nutrition products, particularly within the cancer care program. Combining your clinical expertise with strong sales skills, you build robust connections with healthcare professionals and understand the unique needs of oncology patients. Self-motivated and efficient in managing your time, you excel at prioritising a dynamic workload. Your commercial acumen helps you identify opportunities and solve problems effectively, ensuring the success of our medical nutrition products.

 

Ideally, you will have:

  • A Tertiary Qualification in Dietetics, Nutrition, Science, or be a Registered Healthcare Professional.
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Representative in the Medical Nutrition field.
  • Proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders in hospital settings, with a strong drive to seek business growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills that enable you to build relationships effortlessly.
  • Natural commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills to foster valuable connections.
  • Resilience and autonomy in managing your time effectively and working independently.
