We have an exciting opportunity as Loss Elimination Specialist.

In your role as Loss Elimination Specialist, being part of the Blend & Pack team, your key responsibilities are:

• Mapping and reducing product/process/ material losses.
• Top down analyze the 3 losses + develop an action plan.
• Analyze the process losses and create improvements.
• Driving and carrying new projects regarding to the losses.
• Lead losses meeting, define correction actions, prepare long term roadmap

For this role we especially invite university graduates who are looking to kick start their development into the operations field to apply.

To be succesfull in this role we are looking for candidates who know improvement techniques and programmes to lead loss elimination initiatives and projects in order to reduce losses on materials, processes and production. 

You are a selfstarter and able to easily make contact with stakeholders in the factory. You can collect large amounts of information from different sources and process the data into calculations, trends and correlations. The results are presented by you in a clear and comprehensive matter to different levels in the factory.  

In this role you don't sit behind a desk all day. We expect you to be present in the factory and gather your information from all relevant sources, talking to employees on the shopfloor and in the offices, monitoring machines and or processes in practice.   

Lastly we expect you to speak and write in both Dutch and English.
