• Oversee the execution of operational tasks related to Product MDM, including requests for extension, creation, and modification for standard finished products​

• Manage requests for creation and modification of storable and non-storable goods​

• Operate and report on data quality KPIs and SLAs related to Product MDM​

• Translate data incidents and problem management into concrete actions to resolve immediate issues and improve data quality​

• Actively participate in the MDM Incident & Problem Management Process, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution​

• Strong knowledge of MDM processes, systems and data​

• SAP system knowledge with a focus on master data​

• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities​

• Ability to prioritize and deliver timely while accurately ​

• Language requirements: English

As Master Data Manager you will be part of the ONE Danone Business Services (DBS) Master Data team and you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various Master Data domains in the ERP system and other tools. You collaborate closely with cross functional teams, serving as first point of contact and putting the focus on the Product Life Cycle and data accuracy.

One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.
