As Senior Performance Delivery Manager (Interim, until end 2027), you will temporarily step in for a key leadership role to drive results through process excellence, deep KPI analytics, and coaching. You’ll orchestrate weekly/monthly performance routines, challenge planning peers with fact-based insights, and lead targeted improvement projects across supply, material planning, inventory, and waste management. You’ll be joining a company that is digitizing core operations and harmonizing processes to enable scalable, data-led performance management. 

What you’ll do (Key responsibilities):

• Lead deep dive analytics across service (CFR), inventory, write offs/obsoletes and forecast accuracy/bias to translate signals into root causes and drive effective recovery plans,
• Review, standardize, and continuously improve E2E planning performance routines and governance (RACI), harmonize ways of working to unlock simplification, integration, and automation,
• Drive “perfect execution” of weekly/monthly performance routines framework, ensuring data first conversations and sharp actionable conclusions to deliver exceptional results,
• Lead inventory and write off improvement across E2E planning. Be the subject matter expert for inventory policy and waste guidelines (safety stock policy framework, etc.). Embed Danone’s “Battle Against Waste” best practices and reporting disciplines and align actions to Danone’s Impact Journey and food waste objectives (50% reduction by 2030),
• Drive a pipeline of CI projects rooted in the needs of the planners. Act as a PMO for key selected projects. Drive implementation of light digital tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards, Power apps) that translate planning data into decision-ready narratives and take on a journey of Danone’s AI & analytics upskilling,
• Partner with Supply Planning, Material Planning/Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance and Data & Analytics, IT and Centre of Excellence. Escalate critical topics via governance and ensure one truth about KPI storytelling. 

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have: 

• Proven depth in supply chain planning – 6+ years across supply planning and/or material planning in fastmoving, shelf life constrained environments,

• Process excellence mindset—you standardize, automate and sustain routines; you love harmonization and control frameworks that scale, 

• Inventory & waste mastery—hands-on with parameter design, shelf life/FEFO, aging stock prevention, and write-offs reduction linked to company targets on food waste,  

• Analytical power—strong Excel/Power BI; comfort with large data sets and KPI diagnostics; fluency in triangulating planning data with finance and operations signals,  

• Digital curiosity—experience with planning platforms (SAP, o9, Kinaxis, etc.); able to scope light digital tools that elevate decision-making, 

• Coaching & facilitation—capable of teaching “how to run great meetings”: agenda discipline, data first narrative, clear conclusions, action logging, and follow-through,

• Results orientation—you measure impact through service, inventory, waste and cash, and you relentlessly drive closure on actions,

• Collaboration & influence—able to challenge peers constructively and gain alignment quickly across functions and sites, 

• Nice to have: Background in FMCG; Project Management, Change Management.
