About the job

• Ensure the availability, accuracy, and maintenance of Technical Specifications and quality plans for incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
• Oversee and execute quality assurance processes for incoming raw material and packaging material, including inspection, sampling, and testing
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with procurement, supplier quality assurance and supply chain teams to address quality issues of raw material and packaging material, propose mitigation with quality expertise to suppliers and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and analyze incoming material quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Responsible for developing, controlling and maintaining effective quality documents, procedures for incoming material quality control, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal requirements, and accessibility across the organization.
• Manage COA issuance for products to support local and export business, ensuring it meets agreed release and COA lead times.

About you　

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, with exposure to incoming raw material and packaging material inspection, sampling, testing, or laboratory quality control, Quality Assurance, or laboratory functions
• Prior supervisory or team‑leading experience is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GMP, PRP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems (e.g. FSSC 22000)
• Solid experience in incoming material quality control and supplier quality management, including:
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Handling non‑conformities and complaints related to raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM)
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and assess risks
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross‑functional teams and suppliers
• Leadership mindset, with the ability to coach and develop team members
