Are you passionate about compliance, continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards in specialized nutrition? We have an exciting opportunity for you as a QS Compliance Officer at Danone in Haps!
As part of the Quality Services team, our mission is to lead recipe registrations and compliance, ensuring robust documentation and supporting audit readiness. We strive for continuous improvement and challenge the status quo to deliver excellence.
In your role as QS Compliance Officer your key responsibilities are:
Act as the first point of contact for recipe registration requests and CBU questions.
Lead the Recipe Surveillance Programme by ensuring effective internal processes that comply with global standards.
Provide accurate recipe performance data to R&I teams
Maintain and improve the recipe portfolio in quality systems, ensuring validated recipes are properly documented and accessible.
Support internal and external audits and follow-up with an action plan for internal stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in registration and compliance workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and digitalisation.
Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to clarify complex compliance questions.
Sobre ti
You fit this role if you are/have:
Completed education in related fields like Food Technology or Food Quality Management with preferably experience in (baby)food, agriculture, or pharma business;
Experience in quality or technology roles with a strong link to compliance;
Knowledge of quality systems (e.g., HACCP, FSSC22000), food legislation, and certification;
Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders;
Strong analytical mindset and organisational abilities;
Proactive and results-driven attitude, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and improve compliance workflows.
