- Ensure deliver Conceptual of Category and Channel Plan to shopper experience at stores. Optimize all touch points to deliver disruptive and call to action.
- Promoting category and brand awareness objectives.
- Be creative and promote creativity to the team. Observe best practices from domestic FMCG as well as DSN countries then adapt into DSN MY.
- Analyze to identify shortfalls, issues in all channel activities and come up with countermeasures for trade plan. Control A&P spending and bring some saving through protein assets/mindset.
Education
- Possess a recognized degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business Administration Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG company.
- Basic experience in field sales and activation will be advantageous. Able to manage reporting tools system and market research systems.
- Experience in team coordination, collaboration, and management.
- Proven ability in multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, high attention to detail, follow-through, and accuracy. Specialist Knowledge
- MS office (advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint)
