Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Senior E-Commerce Business Development Manager" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that accelerate Danone’s e-commerce growth. Acting as a key business partner across functions, you will leverage data & insights to identify growth opportunities, translate global strategies into local actions, and drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, customer-centric e-commerce solutions.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of E-Commerce and will also be an individual contributor.
Be responsible from the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in e-commerce or business development within the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, customer value journeys, market trends, and e-tailer capabilities; ability to implement breakthrough initiatives to maximize growth.
Solid knowledge of IT services and system topology.
Strategic thinker with a strong orientation toward insights and innovation.
Analytical and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; result-oriented and proactive team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Summers are flexible here! You could work fully remote for 4 weeks during July and August.
We also enjoy Fridays during summer period between July and August by finishing our works by 15:00 and enjoy the rest of the day and starting the weekend earlier.
