Danone Specialized Nutrition Business Services is seeking for Senior Key Account Executive based in Phnom Penh. Excellent Market Execution:

  • Ensure achievement of monthly KPI including Sale Volume of all SKU of Danone and channel drivers’ activation.
  • Keep monitoring and tracking sale performance and follow up with distributors to achieve our gold. 
  • Work closely with DKSH team to ensure availability & visibility (especially at CVS channel & other supermarkets) and standard service to store (Delivery, Call frequency visit and PO suggestion).
  • Develop JBP/Trading term for all top key accounts with key aim to gain leading position in volume and Value share in KA outlet through activating all shopper drivers
  • Develop, prepare, and implement agreed sales and promotional plan and any activity for Key Account and ensure execution as timeline.
  • Supervise implementation and execution of channel and Category Development and brand marketing initiative
  • Actively work with distributor sales team in building & maintain good business relationship with customers to ensure the right visibility, availability, and activation in each outlet
  • Regularly visit of key account customers.
  • Cross check store and execution for any promotion and event/program and correction
  • Analyze sell out data and initiate/take appropriate actions with key account manager/CCD/DDM/NSM
  • Conduct frequent business review meetings with customers to find any business opportunity.
  • Key account/Promo budget management
  • Monitoring of competition activities
  • Manage Picture of Success as perfect fundamental instore such as share of shelf / OOS / OSA / SOV /SoS/Compliance/ Distribution & MSL.
  • Drive penetrates Partner commerce/eCommerce and CVS

Numeric Distribution Expansion:

  • Work closely with DKSH team to ensure availability & visibility (especially at CVS channel & other supermarkets) and standard service to store (Delivery, Call frequency visit and PO suggestion).
  • Listing to new outlet especially CVS

Sales Fundamental:

  • Regularly visit of key account customers and ensure with good visibility

Demand Forecast:

  • To provide and ensure accuracy of bottom-up sales forecast in assigned area to LM

Assist Field Sales Manager:

  • Work closely with DKSH team to ensure availability & visibility (especially at CVS channel & other supermarkets) and standard service to store (Delivery, Call frequency visit and PO suggestion).

 

Sobre ti

  • Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business Administration / Economy or related fields
  • Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
  • Minimum 2 years’ direct experience with trades and distributors
  • FMCG knowledge
  • Demonstrates analytical skills when making decisions using broad reference points and argument
  • Demonstrate a good understanding on insight of territory and trades management. Co-creating & contributing to the development & implementation of strategy to manage the territory from overall business perspective. Manage call planning, analysis and time management to ensure effective execution of the plans.
