Our Team’s Mission

The R&I Advanced Technology team is part of the R&I Portfolio & Capabilities organization. Our mission is to enhance and develop technical competencies through global R&I training programs, ensuring consistent standards and knowledge sharing across regions.

Key deliverables and priorities include:

• Implementing the Academy roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.
  Developing new e-learning modules with cross-functional experts and external partners.
• Governing the training portfolio within our e-learning environment.
• Animating and engaging the global trainer community.
• Setting up and analyzing KPIs to measure Academy impact.

As Standard & Academy Technologist, your key responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with the Senior Technologist Training & Academy to implement the Academy roadmap.
• Liaise with internal experts and external partners to create technical e-learning content.
• Manage training portfolio governance in our e-learning platform.
• Co-animate the trainer community and foster knowledge sharing.
• Manage access and approval processes for Global Technical Specifications.

Meet your future manager! You will report to Emma VAN DER VEEN, Senior Technologist Training & Academy. 

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Approximately two years of relevant experience.
• Academic degree in food science, food technology or engineering related discipline.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A strong interest in knowledge transfer, with existing (or interest to develop) didactic skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Interest in different formats of trainings (e.g. E-learning) and proficiency with digital tools (Campus-X, Sharepoint, power BI etc.. ).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong can-do approach.
