Strategic Insights & Analytics Specialist Romania&Bulgaria (1-year fixed-term contract)

(Full-time, Location: Romania, Bucharest)

YOUR responsibilities:

Consumer & Market Insights

• Support the Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) team in analyzing consumer and market data
• Contribute to building insights that inform marketing, innovation and business decisions
• Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends and the competitive landscape

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze local brand performance using Nielsen & GfK data
• Prepare and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Track brand performance, market shares, and KPIs

Research & Studies

• Support the coordination of consumer research projects
• Work with research agencies on data collection and results delivery
• Help translate research findings into clear learnings and actionable recommendations

We are looking for a Strategic Insights & Analytics Specialist Romania&Bulgaria with the following profile:

• University degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken 
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Basic experience or academic exposure to market research or data analysis
• Good Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
