Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Upstream Quality Assurance Manager" position.
As an Upstream Quality Assurance Manager ,you will be an individual contributor in this role and reporting to the

Senior Upstream Quality Assurance Manager.

In this role you will;
Monitor, evaluate, and develop supplier quality performance and improvement plans
Conduct quality assessments in new packaging supplier approval processes
Plan and execute packaging supplier audits and quality system audits
Perform food safety evaluations of new packaging materials
Conduct root cause analyses and manage corrective/preventive actions in supplier-related quality issues
Ensure and audit compliance of contract manufacturing processes with Danone Quality standards
Monitor, evaluate, and develop the quality performance of contract manufacturers
Prepare contract manufacturers for Danone Global audits
Organize and follow up quarterly technical quality meetings with suppliers and contract manufacturers
Monitor and report Quality KPIs

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supplier quality management and contract manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of quality systems such as FSSC 22000, BRCGS Packaging, HACCP, GMP, GLP, PRP
• Strong command of problem-solving techniques
• Analytical mindset
• Proactive and strategic thinker
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• High persuasion ability
• Fluent in English
• No travel restrictions
• Active driver’s license
