People Management
• Work closely with the Business Unit Manager (BUM) and together with distributor owner to ensure the sustainability of the seller team towards delivering of the area business KPI of the company and distributor
• To ensure relevant trainings are planned (in partnership with Capability) and executed for seller team members to ensure targeted competencies are achieved and maintained

 

Market competitiveness
• Responsible to monitor market competitive situation and to proactively manage/capitalize situation for best positive outcome; also, to work with the relevant stakeholders on counter measure on competitive activities
• Responsible for managing stakeholders and liaison with local authorities and organizations

 

Company policies
• Responsible for implementing company’s values, policies, and procedures towards achieving set objectives
• Responsible to ensure all activities carried out are compliant to prevailing Code of Ethics
• To ensure high level of competencies and compliance on WISE and QFS in distributor’s warehouse and team members

 

Account Management
• Customer responsibility (local retailers in the area or Local Key Accounts), however different area would have different retailers to focus on
• To formulate and implement plans for the development of the key account their individual store formats/channels.
• Lead negotiation with the key account on trading terms, promotional matters and distribution center.
• Responsible and accountable for all planning & operational matters such as order facilitation, on-shelf availability, inventory management, in-store merchandising and sales target of all designated key accounts
• Ensure execution and implementation of Key Accounts planned promotion activities
• Responsible and accountable for the success and failure of the designated key account (expectations)
• Ensure a cordial and profitable working relationship with key account on mutually agreed terms

A propos de vous

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in higher in Business Administration or any related filed. 
• Preferably at least 4 to 5 years within commercial functions e.g. Sales, Trade Marketing with experience in distributor management key account management experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office. 
• Knowledge of Nielsen, Kantar and DunnHumby would be an advantage.
