• Leads and is accountable for the planning, evaluation, prioritization and execution of innovation, renovation, roll-out, productivity, supply continuity, quality, compliance and business continuity initiatives across SEA markets and/or assigned MBUs.
• Assesses project opportunities and business requests, providing recommendations on feasibility, resource requirements, implementation approach, risks, timing, costs and expected business benefits.
• Develops and maintains project implementation plans, including project scope, governance, timelines, critical paths, resource allocation, dependencies, risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensures project activities, milestones and deliverables are aligned across commercial, technical and operational functions to support successful implementation and commercialization.
• Leads cross-functional and multi-site project teams, driving alignment, accountability and timely decision-making to achieve project objectives.
• Manages project scope, quality, timelines, costs and risks, proactively identifying issues and driving appropriate resolution and escalation when required.
• Partners with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, R&I, Quality, Regulatory and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and business priorities are achieved.
• Facilitates project governance discussions and supports business decision-making through clear communication of project status, risks, opportunities and recommendations.
• Monitors project performance, success criteria and benefit realization, ensuring appropriate tracking, reporting and post-launch reviews are completed.
• Utilizes and maintains project management systems, portfolio management tools and reporting platforms to ensure visibility, accuracy and compliance with project governance requirements.
• Drives continuous improvement of project management practices, commercialization processes and ways of working to enhance business performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in project management, portfolio governance and commercialization processes, providing guidance and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• May coach, mentor or provide functional leadership to project management resources and project teams, depending on organizational structure and business requirements.

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in project management, commercialization, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, innovation, or related business functions.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional projects and delivering business objectives in a matrix organization.
• Experience managing multiple projects or portfolios simultaneously, including stakeholder alignment, risk management, and governance processes.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, R&I, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Strong experience in project planning, resource management, issue resolution, and driving execution through implementation and post-launch stages.
• Experience in regional and/or multi-country project management is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG, Nutrition, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools, portfolio management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are considered an advantage.
