• Execute month-end closing processes, including journal entry preparation, balance sheet account reconciliation, variance analysis, and communication of significant findings.
• Review and post journal entries in SAP, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and maintaining accurate reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports using Magnitude.
• Provide accounting support within a shared services environment, partnering with corporate offices and manufacturing plants.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing efficient processes.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial insights to management, including KPI reporting.
• Document, implement, and audit internal controls as needed.
• Support internal and external audits with detailed analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.

 Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of IFRS (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP (preferred) and Power BI (a plus).
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing individual priorities.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a flexible mindset.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to respond quickly to multiple priorities.
