In this role, you will;

• Research best practices and trends in personnel affairs and employee benefits.
• Identify potential improvements and suggest recommendations in these areas.
• Utilize AI and BI tools to add value (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, PowerBI) to add value.
• Perform employee onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and updates to personnel rights and information in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Track and implement updates to employment contracts as needed.
• Create, update, and maintain personnel files.
• Monitor employees’ annual leave accruals, usage, and balances through relevant systems.
• Manage processes related to employee medical leave, visa, and certificate of employment.
• Manage the registration and deregistration of employees with the Social Security Institution (SGK) and handle all related legal documentation and proceduresManage flexible benefits program operations.
• Ensure timely submission of notifications to official institutions within legal deadlines.
• Manage employee benefits operations (e.g., health insurance, life insurance, meal cards, private pensions, etc.)

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to;

• Graduate or student of a related department at a university.
• Preferably have active experience using MS Office programs.
• Curious, research-oriented, and up-to-date with technological developments.
• Dynamic and quickly adaptable to change.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good command of English.
