APPRENTICESHIP - Apprentice Impact Manager Danone Ecosystem - September 2025 (H/F)

A propos de l'offre

Within the Danone Ecosystem team, this apprenticeship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison (France), at our headquarters, starting from September 2025.

Danone Ecosystem is a Non-For-Profit organization working with communities and partners to build the food system of tomorrow while transforming Danone’s value chain into one that is healthy, circular, sustainable, regenerative and inclusive. Concretely, Danone Ecosystem co-creates inclusive business solutions for the general interest through the professional empowerment of vulnerable stakeholders together with Non for Profit organizations and Danone Country business units.

Since its creation in 2009, Danone Ecosystem has financed more than 100 projects, empowered > 80 000 professionals and positively impacted 6 million people in more than 30 countries. It has been a laboratory on social innovation, implementing new business models and bringing project to sustainability and scale.

Over the years, the Danone Ecosystem team has developed recognized expertise in inclusive business models, societal innovation, co-creation, stakeholder’s engagement and management, complex project management, as well as robust impact assessment. Indeed, “impact” is our compass: we build impact driven projects by defining from the beginning, the impact we want to reach – whether it is environmental, social, and/or for people’s health - and we set the conditions to do so.

Moreover, we have a clear impact assessment policy to define, measure, assess and share our impacts in order to prove and improve what we do, and inspire others. Impact assessments are at the heart of our models, as it provides clear evidence of their efficiency and the results can foster the need for all willing actors (government, companies, NGOs, ...) to replicate.
