We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Alternant to join our Danone Communities team for a one-year contract. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of social business, impact investing, and sustainable development while working with a passionate and dynamic team.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE : 

• Support Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social business projects within Danone Communities.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on social enterprises, market trends, and impact metrics. Analyze data to support decision-making processes.
• Explore (scope) new potential segments of investment in nutrition for Danone Communities (I.e. healthy ageing , reimboursed models , others ..)
• Participation in deep dive calls with entrepreneurs to assess investment . Meetings preparation , recap of key messages , summary of learnings , others.
• Support operations and analytics for a Pilot ran in Nigeria in coordination with Danone CBU and proposed venture 
• Communication: Help create and disseminate communication materials, including reports, newsletters, and social media content.
• Support on (LEX – Learning expedition ) preparation. Content , logistics … according to team’s requirements at the time
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders and partners.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, and assisting with various office tasks. (Become the reference and animate the team around AI usage practices within the DC team)

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:

• Availble for 1 or 2 years, starting September 2025
• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Sustainable Development, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social business, impact investing, and sustainable development. • Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
