YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75009), at our global headquarter located at 59, rue Lafayette starting from end of August.  

The Danone Academy, Global learning team is looking for 3 Apprentices to assist in the creation and deployment of a global learning strategy, guidelines, and processes all over the world. 

To thrive in your missions, our Global Learning managers will help you cross the finish line:   

• Analyze learning data to track performance, measure training effectiveness, and generate actionable insights for decisionmaking. 

• Produce dashboards, reports, and evaluation summaries to monitor program progress and impact. 

• Improve Learning Management System processes by optimizing tracking, reporting workflows, and data reliability. 

• Explore new ways to leverage learning data for continuous improvement and stronger learning impact. 

• Animate the global Danone Academy learning community (learners, local learning teams) to strengthen engagement and adoption. 

• Support regional and local contacts by answering learningrelated requests and ensuring proper program followup. 

• Design and help structure learning solutions (eLearning, virtual classes, blended paths) alongside learning managers. 

• Coordinate the execution of global learning programs and ensure operational continuity. 

• Create communication materials to promote learning initiatives across the Group.

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Available from August, 24th  2026 for a duration of 1 year. 

• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school 

• You demonstrate an interest in issues related to Learning and Development 

• Proactive, Autonomous, organized  

• Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment  

• Comfortable with PowerPoint and  Excel, you have an affinity for accounting and financial concepts 

• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments! 

•  Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) would be considered a plus
