YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75009), at our headquarter starting from September 2026. Yuliya KUZNETSOVA, HR Director for HR in the Global HR Team will  guide your through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:  

• Contribute to Global Talent cycles, including performance management, succession planning, and related processes, with a specific focus on the Director population. 

• Conduct talent data analyses and reports to generate insights for the function and support strategic decision making.  

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in HR systems by communicating with and assisting HR Business Partners and countries 

• Prepare presentations or communications for HR stakeholders 

• Contribute to different other HR Projects (such as projects with the Organization Design team)
