Associate HRBP & Facility Manager

As an Associate HRBP & Facility Manager, your role provides end-to-end HR support for the business unit, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. It drives employee engagement initiatives, ensures compliance with HR policies, prepares HR reports, and manages organizational data. Additionally, the role oversees salary structures, incentive schemes, and facility management to support smooth operations and business priorities. 

About the job

- Provides ongoing HR Solutions and Support in the day-to-day operations to the Business unit. 
- Drive the manpower planning process and ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing levels. 
- Participate in the Talent Acquisition activities by participating in the interviewing sessions together with the business. 
- Oversee the process of performance appraisal and Individual Development. 
- Identify potential successors. 
- Review promotion requests ensuring alignment with HR Policy.
- Ensure compliance to HR Policies and Procedures and conduct HR Audits. 
- Oversee the Employee Engagement surveys and participate in the interpretation and identification of areas for improvement and follow up on implementation of recommendations. 
- Prepare Action Plans based on Employee Engagement Survey findings in coordination with the business with continuous follow-up on implementation. 
- Prepare HR metrics and provide HR reports to the CBS and the business units, identify areas for improvement and set and follow up on action plans. 
- Maintain the required data on designated systems (Org. Charts, Cost Centers, Job Descriptions, etc.). 
- Design the salary structure for the farm team with identifying required KPIs inline of business priorities with identifying incentive %
- Managing the facilities including HK team, tools and materials and the catering.

A propos de vous

Personal Competencies:
- Min 5 years’ experience in HR.
- Leadership skills.
- Analytical thinking and budget management 
- Experience in FMCGs and Farm are a privilege 
- Good in English.
- Data management, Excel knowledge…etc.
- Bachelor’s degree.
