As Brand Manager for Dumex Milk Powder and UHT, this role will be responsible for the following sub-brands: EZCare, Dumilk, Dugro UHT, along with all Dumex Innovation & Renovation projects.
Job scope includes the development and perfect execution of brand strategies/priorities to drive sustainable sales growth, penetration & market share gain for the mentioned sub-brands, with the majority of time spent on Dugro UHT. This role will own Brand P&L, all detailed brand executions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of marketing initiatives across channels and touch points. The position requires analytical, project management, and problem solving skills to ensure perfect execution aligning with the overall business objectives.
In addition to the above, this BM will also lead all Innovation & Renovation projects under Dumex brand. This includes overseeing end-to-end project development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with consumer insights, brand positioning, and business objectives. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and quality 360 product launch to achieve KPIs of each specific project.
1. Campaign & Activity Execution
• Assist the Senior Brand Manager in planning and lead executing brand campaigns and activities to achieve brand and business objectives. This includes brand communication, KOL/influencer engagement, advertising, packaging development, POSM, premiums, and on-ground activations (sampling).
2. Performance & Market Analysis
• Assist SBM in conducting brand performance analysis and lead in track effectiveness of campaigns and activities. Provide regular market and competitor updates and analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
3. New Product Development Lead (Inno/Reno)
• Lead the end-to-end new product development process including concept development, process coordination, packaging development, and support business case assumption and basic P&L planning.
4. Cross-functional & Agency Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, supply chain, finance, R&D) and lead in connect with external agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of brand initiatives.
5. Marketing Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including monthly A&P tracking, sampling program coordination, and premium planning and management.
6. Internal Meetings & Reporting
• Contribute to key internal meetings such as Demand Forecasting, NPD, and Sales & Marketing alignment meetings through preparation of materials, reporting, and active participation.
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related filed.
• Brand Management Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in brand management, including brand communication development and activation—ideally within the FMCG or MNC environment.
• Analytical & Insight-Driven: Strong ability to analyze consumer insights, market trends, and performance data to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
• Financial & A&P Management: Strong ability to calculate on campaign uplift and proven experience in managing advertising & promotion budgets, with a focus on ROI and cost-efficiency. Proven experience in managing advertising & promotion budgets, with a focus on ROI and cost-efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate ability to work effectively with internal teams (sales, supply chain, trade marketing, R&D) and external partners (agencies, suppliers).
• Communication & Execution: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in developing and executing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.
• Project Management: Skilled in leading or coordinating cross-functional projects from planning through execution; ability to manage timelines and deliverables with multi-tasking skills.
