We are looking for an EU Category Performance Controller Controller to join our EU Zone Finance team in Global Finance function, the position is based in Paris. 

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Design new WOW / tools to implement the project within the EU finance team – and take part in the IA implementation 
• Evolve, Organize and coordinate monthly Categories reporting
• Develop and maintain Categories forecasts
• Oversee the processing and consolidation topline performance, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness
• Be responsible for monthly analysis of actual and forecasted data and presentations for EU Board & COMEX
• Coordinate with local and regional teams to optimize business performance and processes
• Prepare and present Category, topline and P&L information to management
• Animate target settings and follow-up at regional level: prepare targets and animate CBUs towards the target
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Provide training and support to local finance teams

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Financial Control, Topline controlling, Business controlling or Audit
• Strong analytical skills
• Adaptable, independent & with a capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to create good working relationship with all types of stakeholders
• Management of confidential and sensitive information
• English expertise is mandatory, other languages are nice to have
