The Integrated Brand Communication (IBC) team is looking for a Culture, PR & Influence Manager to accelerate Danone’s transformation towards consumercentric, digitally enabled, and influenceled communication. This role will be instrumental in shifting Danone from visibility-driven campaigns to relevance-driven ecosystems, placing influence, creators, and culture at the heart of brand growth. 

Aligned with Danone’s Integrated Communication Planning (ICP) and Digital Engine roadmap, you will drive earned media strategies that are:

  • Consumer-first & insight-led
  • Integrated across Paid / Owned / Earned / Shopper 
  • Powered by creators, data & culture 
  • Scalable globally, relevant locally 

 Your Missions 

  • Leverage social listening, cultural insights & data to unlock growth opportunities 
  • Anchor brands in culture & passion points, delivering high-impact activations (events, collabs, IPs) 
  • Orchestrate influencers, PR, social & media into one integrated ecosystem 
  • Drive adoption of Danone’s Influence roadmap across markets 
  • Deploy and scale key tools & frameworks (Share of Influence, Traackr, KPI models) 
  • Build learning programs, training & capabilities for Danoners  
  • Foster a global community of influence practice 

Key Deliverables 

  • Develop integrated earnedfirst communication strategies within ICP, with consumer centricity & cultural relevance as a North Star, driving reach and engagement  
  • Build creator ecosystems & partnership strategies to anchor brands in culture and deliver breakthrough activations  
  • Lead the development of cultural activation frameworks and flagship cases, showcasing excellence & creativity with key partners  
  • Drive global playbooks, toolkits & capability programs to scale best practices across markets  
  • Implement and manage robust, standardized measurement frameworks & dashboards, ensuring continuous performance improvement  

Key Metrics 

  •  Share of Influence (visibility, impact, trust)  
  • Engagement & cultural relevance (buzz, sentiment, conversation)
  • ICP adoption & quality of Influencer integration 
  • Contribution to business outcomes (conversion, brand equity)

A propos de vous

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered: 

  • You have at least 6 years in PR, Influence, Culture or Integrated Communications 
  • Strong mastery of global PR & Influence ecosystem, creator economy & digital platforms and cultural strategy & trend analysis 
  • Strategic thinker with strong integrated planning mindset 
  • Strong stakeholder management (global / local / agencies) 
  • Ability to operate in complex, matrix organizations 
  • You have a consumer-first mindset and are culturally curious; you like test & learn and have an entrepreneurial approach
  • You have a real passion for digital transformation & innovation 
  • You're fluent in english
