Role Purpose:
As the UK’s leading medical nutrition provider; Nutricia is known for providing expert care and high-quality enteral support to patients through our unique portfolio of nutritional products.
The Clinical Practice Manager (CPM) is responsible for leading a team of field based enteral care nurses, providing local first line nurse leadership to ensure that a high-quality service is provided to all customers and to patients.
Managing the team both operationally and clinically, the CPM ensures the team provide Best Care and reduce clinical incidents to zero. The CPM is responsible for coaching & developing the team, setting them up for success, ensuring they are confident and competent to provide excellent enteral nursing services in line with local contractual requirements.

This role manages our nurse team in Bristol and so you will need to live in or within commuting distance of the Bristol area. A driving licence is also required.
