You will be part of the Commercial Excellence team, where you will actively engage in driving   Commercial Excellence projects and driving Internal Communication.

As Commercial Excellence Intern your focus will be on:

• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to track sell-out performance and support strategic planning.
• Develop and enhance Market Share dashboards (NUMETRIX) using integrated data to improve visibility across channels and manufacturers.
• Support the Excellence in Execution (PUMA) program by tracking KPIs, contributing to POS clustering, and enabling the Flagship Store vision.
• Deliver actionable business insights through harmonized reporting frameworks across markets and channels.
• Contribute to regional projects, including market data collection, analytical dashboards, cross-team coordination, and new country launch preparation (NutriExpert / Numetrix).
• Strengthen communication with sales teams and distributors, creating NWA/POY materials and coordinating with agencies to ensure timely, impactful messaging.

Your manager will be Siddharth Pandey, Commercial Excellence Manager.

You are proactive in reaching out to your colleagues for their input and/or help when necessary. For you, accuracy and analytical skills are part of your interest and capability. Furthermore, you genuinely enjoy working with people, have good interpersonal and communication skills, convey messages clearly, convincingly and effectively. Lastly, you have a strong interest and curiosity in Commercial Excellence, are a fluent communicator and open to expressing ideas and your opinion.

Key requirements:

• You are currently doing master or Completed as a Bachelor /Master student in the area of Economics, Business Management or Marketing for the whole period of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in April/May for a minimum of 5-6 months, 4 or 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Spanish and Russian is a plus.
• Able to work from our Rijswijk office at least 2 days per week.
