Corporate Account Manager - Aged Care

A propos de l'offre

Join Danone, a global leader in health‑focused nutrition.

  • Lead national aged care strategy and enterprise partnerships
  • Drive sustainable growth in medical nutrition
  • Competitive remuneration and purpose‑led culture

At Danone, our mission is to bring health through food to as many people as possible. Within our Specialised Nutrition business, we support some of the most vulnerable people in our community through evidence‑based nutritional solutions.

We’re looking for a Corporate Account Manager – Aged Care to lead our national aged care strategy and build long‑term partnerships with Australia’s largest aged care providers, not‑for‑profits, and care networks.

This is a strategic commercial leadership role—focused on enterprise partnerships, long‑term value creation, and sustainable growth, rather than transactional sales.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will own the national aged care channel strategy, working across Residential Aged Care and Support at Home providers. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams including Medical, Finance, Supply Chain, Tenders & Contracts, and Channel Activation to deliver integrated commercial and clinical solutions.

You’ll engage at senior executive level with customers, balancing growth opportunities with regulatory requirements, margin discipline, and long‑term partnership sustainability.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the national aged care strategy and activation roadmap, including customer segmentation, engagement plans, and growth priorities
  • Own enterprise relationships with large aged care groups, leading top‑to‑top engagement, joint business planning, and long‑term partnerships
  • Drive profitable growth across the medical nutrition portfolio, with clear KPIs, performance tracking, and value creation initiatives
  • Partner with Tenders & Contracts on pricing strategy, negotiations, and preferred supplier agreements
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions aligned to funding models, care pathways, and clinical governance
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and risk & opportunity tracking, presenting insights and performance in senior internal forums
  • Monitor market dynamics, policy changes, and competitor activity to inform proactive commercial strategies

A propos de vous

Ideally, you bring:

  • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts with senior stakeholder engagement
  • Strong background in contracting, pricing, and commercial negotiations
  • Experience operating in healthcare, aged care, pharma, medtech, or similarly regulated sectors
  • Ability to lead strategy and outcomes through influence, working cross‑functionally without direct authority
  • Strong commercial ownership, including forecasting, performance tracking, and executive‑level reporting
  • A values‑led, collaborative mindset aligned to purpose‑driven work
