Danone's Evian Volvic Alpro International Business Unit is looking for its next Export Customer Service Manager. This position is based in Evian-Les-Bains (74) for a temporary mission (12 months).
The Customer Service manager is responsible for driving operational performance within their functional area (Back Office Operationst). They act as the leader for their team, ensuring daily execution excellence, process alignment, and smooth coordination with cross‑functional stakeholders. They provide day‑to‑day guidance, prioritization, and expertise to their team and ensure strong service delivery towards internal and external customers.
One of the key challenges is to structure and improve ways of working to make it more efficient. Transversal leadership will be a key asset to perform.
You report to the EVAI Supply Chain and Customer Solution Senior Manager based in Evian-Les-Bains.
