The position holder is responsible for supporting the management and coordination of the team’s detailing activities covering opening, product presentation, health issues, solutions, and securing commitment from Health Care Professionals (HCPs), including doctors (DSA), midwives, hospitals, maternity clinics, KIA, pharmacies, and professional organizations (e.g., IDAI). This role aims to expand the HCP network while maintaining strong and sustainable relationships within the assigned area.

In addition, the position holder leads and develops a high-performing team of HNS Representatives, ensuring they deliver accurate and compliant information regarding the company’s products to HCPs. The role also focuses on strengthening the company’s reputation, credibility, and category leadership, in alignment with the company’s vision and mission, while ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with applicable regulations and compliance standards.

A propos de vous

1. Min. bachelor's degree in biology, Chemistry, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Having experience as leader Sales/Medical will be an advantage.

4. Have a driving license (SIM A).

5. Good knowledge of food & nutrition and a good communication skill.

6. Willing to be located in jakarta and in all locations in Indonesia.

7. Leadership skill, Good analysis, Planning, organization, Problem solving

8. Good motivation, Agile 

9. Minimal 2 years experience in leadership
